Operation DETOX
Detox diets, detox juices, detox protocols—you've probably read and heard them countless times, but do you really know how your body eliminates toxins? And how can you help it do so?
In Phase 1, the liver is the main organ , where the blood of our body is filtered and toxins that have managed to pass through our digestive system are eliminated, as well as the toxins that we produce endogenously.
A group of enzymes called cytochrome P450, in a first phase, causes these toxins to be metabolized into less toxic and more easily neutralized substances.
Vitamin E + Se + Zinc , as well as vitamin C, will help in this first phase to protect liver cells from oxidative stress.
In a second phase, those toxins that still pose a risk if they continue to accumulate are neutralized so that they can be excreted through feces, urine, bile, and sweat.
Herein During this phase, B vitamins and inositol (B125) become very important, as they allow us to properly methylate toxins and recycle hormones and neurotransmitters.
Another important factor is our kidneys, as they filter urine and help us eliminate some waste products. To do this, we must protect the urinary tract from infections and the buildup of uric acid and calcium crystals .
If we had to recommend just one supplement that encompasses the entire meaning of the word "detox", it would be DEPURDREN
In short, a proper diet, moderate physical exercise, adequate fluid intake, and the consumption of certain nutrients are the best detox strategy.
